CADMOULD SANDWICH is an additional module that allows the simulation of the sandwich injection molding process.

Typical users are injection moulders, tool makers and designers who deal with the manufacturing of sandwich injection moulding parts or sandwich injection molds.
 
This method injects two liquid components into the same cavity in one shot. For this two screws or Einspritzagregate are needed. Injection of the meltsinto the cavity is performed either via one single nozzle or by multiple nozzles at different positions.
 
The minimum requirement for the application of Cadmould Sandwich is Cadmould 3D-F Fill, Pack, FE, and Pre & Post.
