With Cadmould 3D-F Injection Compression it is possible to simulate the special process injection compression moulding. Additionally to the common injection of the melt a movement of the mould or of parts of the mould can be considered in the simulation.

Injection compression moulding provides the possibility to produce very thin walled parts and to apply an evenly spread packing pressure on the part. In the compression area of the mould it is necessary to have shearing edges.

Cadmould 3D-F Injection Compression also allows simulating the transfer moulding process as well as pure compression processes.
