The module Cadmould 3D-F Cascadic Injection provides the possibility to simulate the cascadic injection moulding process. It is possible to take into account hot-runner needle valve nozzles and control them time and filling level dependent. Additionally control points can be defined on the part opening or closing the valve nozzles when getting in contact with the melt. Each valve nozzle can be opened and closed as often as desired. By that it is for example possible to reopen already closed valve nozzles to apply packing pressure.

Typical users of this module are injection moulders, mould makers and engineering service providers.

Cadmould 3D-F Cascadic Injection is an additional module to Cadmould 3D-F Fill.
