Liability:
The liability of simcon is generally limited to the amount of the order. Liability is not valid for consequential damages.
Travel expenses and out of pocket expenses:
Car flat-rate per km: 0.65 EUR
Travel costs (flight, train etc.) according to receipt
Hotel costs according to receipt
Expenses flat-rate per day in Germany = 24.-- EUR per simcon employee. In other countries the expenses flat rate is based on the official expenses flat rate table of the German Ministry of Finance.
simcon reserves the right if necessary to choose the fastest conveyance.
Travel days (round trip, valid for D, NL, B, A, CH) will be charged to clients account with € 420,--. For other regions as to be agreed.

Software: 14 days net after receipt of invoice ex works Würselen, Germany.
The supplied merchandise remains up to the complete payment our property.
Time of delivery:

for Service: if not given differently in our quotation, max. 3 weeks after receipt of order and presentation of all necessary data.

This offer keeps 30 days validity.
Domicile:
All legal issues are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Court location and domicile is Aachen, Germany.
