CQC® Supervision contains the performance features of the CQC® Set Up software and extends this by incorporating process sensor data for enabling a fully automatic monitoring of production quality.

 

The expert software CQC® Supervision belongs to the CQC® Continuous Quality Control product family that has been developed successfully by Dr. Gierth Ing.-GmbH in Germany for more than 20 years.

  • Records, visualizes, and processes the sensor data of the injection mold and machine control by using PRIAMUS® eDAQ® / BlueLine® data acquisition systems or the Arburg AQC® interface
  • Calculates statistical simulation models of the production line for a highly precise forecast of the quality features of the molded part based on the data from the injection mold sensors and machine control
  • Establishes the optimal process state based on the simulation model (optimal set point values of the sensor data)
  • Highly precise prognosis of the molded part features based on the actually measured process state
  • Fully automatic 100 % quality control and documentation based on the sensor data from the injection mold and machine control
